CoD4X Server and BigBrotherBot (b3) help ⇒ Rcon wont work in B3

Hello everyone this is my first post, nice to meet you all.

Im having problem with rcon in b3. I can use rcon by logging in with rcon login rconpass but b3 says Testing RCON : >>> Oops: No response.

I've googled and found this solution
((With cod4x server need to setup the rcon address your.public.ip.address instead of localhost. i had the same problem before.))

3 things will cause the problem your having
1. the rcon password in the b3.xml is not the same as the one on the server
2. the port number in b3.xml is not the same as the port on the server
3. you must put your public ip in b3.xml not an internal one if your on a network.
example mine is

to find your public ip you could use https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

if you still have problem after checking the above then it would be best to post your b3.xml
as a text message here so I can look at it
just block out your rcon password when doing that.

Thnak you. B3 is connected now. But now cant use cmd !i am god or !help !register or anything.

1 is your server a windows machine?
2. are you using the newest version of cod4x that requires a token?

I found with the new server that b3 will not respond to commands unless b3hide is loaded in the server config
also to hide the commands you need te auth plugin for b3 do you have that?
if your server is on a windows system I have a b3hide.dll that does not need login but will still need the auth plugin to hide the commands.
this is my settings for b3hide in my server,cfg file

loadplugin "b3hide"
set b3Prefix "!"
set b3Hide "1"
set b3HideLvl "24"

First thing of all may I have contact of yours where you are active? Like Discord, TeamSpeak3, Steam, Xfire, Gmaeranger or anything I can contact you with?

Oky Back to the topic. Im using own computer for server in windows 10 64 bit and b3 1.9.2 & python 2.7.6 (not using python 2.7.10 like you because MySQL-python-1.2.5.win32-py2.7 says I cant find python version ) and xampp for phpmyadmin MySQL

Yes. It ask for token in cod4x console. Do I need it to run server successfully. Or do I need it just to show it cod4master.cod4x.me server list?

I saw that picture and its saying type $cmdlist shows your using $ instead of ! to execute b3 commands
or you have b3 ! assigned to $ which will kill the b3 commands (I tried that way before)

<set name="60">here_comes_the_pass_for_60</set>
change the here_comes_the_pass_for_60 to a password

say you want the password for 60 to be iam60

it would then read

do the same with a different password for each level

No those in the server config are not causing the problem

as for the auth plugin it works in with the b3hide plugin for cod4x the g3login you shown does not work with the b3hide plugin and is not needed.

as for teamspeak you have to set up a temporary id and password for me to access not the other way around

you already have it assigned correctly in your server config so do not look for that problem.

1. Stop b3 and stop your server
2. delete the b3.log
3. delete the game_mp.log
4. restart the server so it makes a new game log
5. restart b3 so it makes a new b3.log
6. enter the server and try a few b3 commands (at least 5)
for the following you may have to stop b3 and the server again
7. zip your b3.log and upload it here
8. remove your rcon password from b3.xml and zip it up and post it here.
9. zip up the game log and post it here

Glad I could be of help - it must have been a bad game log file that caused the problem (only guessing)
