I had a question from the Plugin teamchat . how messages can only go for the superadmin . Not other administrations.

seems the plugin teamchat on my web site is bad or my rar.exe is bad so I cannot test it until I correct my problem
I had to update my rar.exe to extract the files but it seems teamchat is hard coded for all admins
