First you must have steam running in order to use the built in admin section

if you do not have admin commands then you use /rcon adminaddadmin the name of the player and power you want to give them

if it's for yourself give 100 power

example /rcon adminaddadmin your player name 100

after you give the power to yourself use $ in front of any commands in $cmdlist
